Great Balls of Fire! When my mother saw this photo, she remarked that she had a brooch that looked just like it.

To me this looks like the opening burst of a flower bud.

The City of Pensacola did an amazing job putting on these fireworks.

The fireworks seemed to be synchronized to music which made it even more enjoyable.

Deployment from a barge in Pensacola Bay allowed for a huge viewing area and the brilliant displays were easily seen from the Wahoos Stadium all the way to the 3 Mile Bridge. Closing off Bayfront Parkway for pedestrian use only was another great decision. Thank you City of Pensacola!

A great holiday in Pensacola with patriotic music, small town family atmosphere, kids' fun in Seville Square and refreshments available for purchase. With Bayfront Parkway closed to vehicles there was a feeling of spaciousness and freedom for families to walk and ride bikes without fear.
